We quality check all our hamper products prior to packing, and do everything possible to ensure that each hamper leaves our premises in the best possible condition.
If a product is damaged through the delivery process please contact us on email@example.com
We will happily provide you with a replacement hamper or refund. We require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to us within 24 hours of receipt. Goods will not be replaced or refunded if the damage has occurred after delivery.
Goods must be returned in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
For product replacements we make every effort to have stock on hand but in the event of an item being out of stock we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
Refunds will be credited back to the original Paypal account or credit card.
Cancellation or Change of Mind
All cancellations must be received within 4 business hours of placing an order. Call us immediately on 0400 027 206 as orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the hamper has been dispatched.
